• Private message content after successful delivery

End-to-End Encryption

ChatRivo uses End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for private communications.

Message Storage and Deletion

Messages are processed temporarily for transmission and delivery. After successful delivery, encrypted message content is automatically removed from ChatRivo servers.

• ChatRivo does not permanently store delivered private messages on its servers.
• Temporary delivery-related data may be automatically removed from our systems within 24 hours.
• Because delivered messages are not permanently stored on ChatRivo servers, deleted or delivered messages generally cannot be recovered.
• Media files may be temporarily processed to enable delivery and are automatically removed according to operational requirements.

How We Use Information

Information is used only for legitimate service purposes, including:

• Creating and managing user accounts
• User authentication and verification
• Delivering messages and communications
• Maintaining account security
• Providing customer support
• Preventing spam, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized activity

How to Delete Your Account

What Happens After Deletion

The following information is permanently deleted:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address (if provided)
• Username
• Profile Photo
• Account Information
• User Preferences and Settings

Account-related information is permanently deleted within 48 hours after the deletion request is confirmed.

Messages already delivered to other users may remain on their devices. ChatRivo does not permanently store delivered private messages on its servers.

Data Retention

ChatRivo retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce platform policies.

Following account deletion, account-related personal information is removed within 48 hours, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

ChatRivo is not intended for children under the age of 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.

If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove such information.

International Users

By using ChatRivo, you understand that your information may be processed and stored on infrastructure used to provide the service, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
